From the moment you arrive at the hotel you will begin to look forward to your evening meal. Each of our dishes are individually prepared by our kitchen brigade and thus we recommend that you reserve a table and a suitable time for you to eat upon checking into the hotel.

Our Lonsdale restaurant overlooks our wonderful gardens and floodlit lawns and our food is equally as impressive. Since we purchased the hotel in 2002, our Head Chef, Chris Lyon, moved from the Cliffs to take charge. There is an extensive daily menu to choose from and all our dishes are prepared for you using the finest ingredients. Many of our guests return time and again to sample the fine fare that is served.

Our Restaurant Manager and his team will see to your every needs whilst you are staying with us and we also have an extensive wine list to complement your evening meal. Breakfast is equally as good at the Keswick where we offer a self service style buffet table including cereals, juices, fresh fruits and pastries. For those of you who may be heading to the fells then we also offer a hot selection of traditional English breakfast items.
